I managed library budgets, participated in planning building budgets, and co-wrote then managed technology grants over $375,000. I was honored as Wyoming Citizen of the Year and SOITA (Ohio) Media Specialist of the Year. I co-chaired a Wyoming tax levy election and have taken a role in every operating or bond levy. I served on district committees determining procedures, policies, and participated in contract negotiations as a teacher.
